Our mission is to take the stress out of getting your kids’ luggage to camp – and back home again.
We love camp and we get it. Our service exists so that parents have one less thing to worry about and camp directors can focus on running their camps. We know camping and deeply believe in the value it provides. We also understand that planning for camp can be stressful. We are here to help lighten the load.
Expertise in Logistics and Camp Support. Our leadership has years of operations and logistics experience, which includes military service, working for a Fortune 500 energy, trucking, shipping, and transportation companies, and owning and managing our own businesses. With two former camp directors on our team, we have extensive experience managing and supporting camps. From 2013 to 2018, the co-owner and founder of Door-va-Door Trucking, served on the Board of Directors for Camp Ramah in the Poconos, including a year on its Executive Committee. We have used our expertise to create the Door-va-Door experience – a white-glove, reliable, and affordable service.
We are more than just a delivery service. We take great pride in our work and are mission-driven, which is why a portion of all proceeds are donated to camp scholarship funds so that more families can participate in the magic of camp.
We are a part of your community. L’dor va-dor –
from generation to generation – our families have attended and supported
overnight camps, and we want the same for our own children. We are
former campers, counselors, and directors. We are camper parents,
too. We also love a good pun.

Joshua Romirowsky – Owner & Co-Founder
Josh is an attorney with nearly 15 years of experience helping businesses navigate a range of legal, operational, and financial risks. For 4 ½ years Josh served as in-house corporate counsel for a Fortune 500 energy, trucking, and transportation company.
Summer camp is part of Josh’s DNA. Josh spent twelve summers at Camp Ramah in the Poconos as a camper and counselor. From 2013 to 2018, Josh served on the Board of Directors for Camp Ramah in the Poconos, including a year on its Executive Committee.
Josh was born in Philadelphia and currently lives in Cherry Hill with his wife and their three daughters. Just also serves on the board of directors of Temple Beth Sholom in Cherry Hill.
Maor Rozalis – Co-Founder
Maor grew up in Bat Yam, Israel. Maor managed logistics and operations during his military service in the IDF and afterwards for the Israeli Embassy in Washington, DC.
In 2015, Maor used his expertise in logistics and strategic planning to launch Global Document Services, a document scanning and shredding company headquartered in Northfield, NJ.
Maor lives in Cherry Hill, NJ. In addition to his entrepreneurial and operational skills, he makes a mean shawarma and is always on the hunt for his next gadget… preferably a gadget that he can use to cook and smoke food for his hungry friends and family.
Scott Sherris – Director of Operations & Logistics
Scott brings over two decades of experience helping large and small
businesses solve complex logistical challenges, which include
leadership roles at UPS and DB Schenker. Scott utilizes his
background in process engineering and tech skills to help us
continually improve our systems and processes. Scott holds a
Bachelor’s of Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of
Technology and an MBA from Georgia State University.
Scott
has a deep connection to the camp community. His children
attended and worked at Camp Ramah Darom, an overnight camp in the
Georgia Mountains. Scott has also volunteered to serve on
its Board of Directors.
He lives in
Chamblee, Georgia, with his wife and three sons. When he’s not
working or volunteering, Scott and his wife, Fay Ann, love to travel,
with recent trips including hiking in the Scottish Highlands and
touring Iceland. At home, they are kept company by their two cats,
Mocha and Pistachio.
Beth Friedel – Operations and Support Specialist
As an overnight-camp alum and camper-parent,
Beth is a proud member of the Door-va-Door team, where she brings both
professional care and personal dedication to everything she
does. In recent years, Beth has also also worked at the JCC
Camps in Medford, NJ, where all three of her children spent their
early summers. They now happily attend overnight camp in
the Pocono Mountains.
Outside of summer camp
and work, she remains actively involved in her community. She serves
on the school PTA board and volunteered as the hospitality chair for
the Junior Maccabi Games—roles that reflect her commitment to her
community. Beth lives in Cherry Hill, NJ with her husband and
three kids.
Kelsey Thieke – Operations Specialist
Kelsey comes straight from the world of camping having spent four years on the year-round team at Perlman Camp, where she served as Assistant Director of Operations before stepping into the role of Associate Director. She joined the year-round team after 9 summers of working for camp in a variety of roles – she calls it the longest job interview ever!
Prior to her work in camp leadership, she taught both elementary and middle school students.
Kelsey lives in New Jersey with her husband, Shawn, and their six-month-old son, Henry. Outside of work, she loves spending quality time with friends and family, getting lost in a good book, and trying new recipes in the kitchen.
