Job Title: On-Site Supervisor ($400/day)
Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly and reliable On-Site Supervisor to manage and oversee luggage delivery, supervise truck drivers and laborers, and act as the company’s ambassador on-site at specified camps in PA, NY, and GA during the summer months. This role will be active on select days in June, July, and August, ensuring that all logistics run smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining strong communication with camp management
Key Responsibilities:
- Luggage Delivery Supervision: Oversee the efficient and timely delivery of luggage to and from the camp on specified days.
- Team Supervision: Supervise truck drivers, laborers, and other onsite personnel to ensure that tasks are completed in a safe, timely, and organized manner.
- On-Site Liaison: Act as the company’s ambassador and main point of contact with camp management to address concerns, relay information, and ensure smooth operations.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are being followed on-site and that staff are adhering to company and camp instructions.
- Reporting: Provide daily reports of work completed, issues encountered, and resolutions provided to management.
- Customer Service: Maintain a positive relationship with the camp staff and ensure that all logistics and personnel are aligned with the camp’s operational needs.
Requirements:
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license is required.
- Age Requirement: Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Experience: Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably within logistics, transportation, or camp management.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership: Ability to lead a team and manage personnel effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly assess and resolve logistical issues.
- Flexibility: Availability to work on select days during June, July, and August, with the possibility of weekend work.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work a 10-hour day that involves driving for several hours, standing and walking around an overnight camp for extended hours.
- Ability to pitch in, as necessary, to help lift and move duffel bags that weigh approx. 65 lbs.

We are looking for friendly and outgoing Parent Greeters to assist families during luggage pickup and drop-off for overnight camps. As a Parent Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for families, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. No heavy lifting is required—just a great attitude and strong organizational skills!
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet families as they arrive to pick up or drop off camp luggage.
- Provide clear instructions and guidance to ensure a smooth pickup process.
- Stay with the luggage going to camp until the truck arrives.
- Meet the truck returning from camp and assist families in locating their bags.
- Keep track of remaining luggage and assist in coordinating any unclaimed items.
- Communicate with drivers and staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain a friendly, calm, and organized environment for families.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and people skills – must be approachable and helpful.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual – must be on-site before families arrive.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event coordination is a plus.
